這個酒店在北雅典Kifissia區域，周圍是雅典富人區，生活配套比較方便，樓下就是超市，周圍50米就是飯店，不過對中國人來説口味一般。酒店設施就是國內快捷酒店檔次，如果預算有限，不追求奢華的話，這個酒店還是不錯的，基本用品都是有的。國外酒店沒有牙膏，牙刷，來的時候自己準備。酒店工作人員還不錯，説不上熱情，但是你開口，還是很願意幫你，英文溝通沒有問題。不差錢的別來這裏，離機場有點遠了。

Είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Εχεις όλο το κέντρο της Κηφισιάς στα πόδια σου. Ανετος ύπνος με καλά στρώματα. Ξενοδοχείο που δεν έχει καλή ηχομόνωση. Το πρωινό τίμιο, ομως πολύ μικρός χώρος. Δύστυχος το μπαλκόνι χωράει μόνο 2 τραπέζια. Σε γενικές γραμμές καλό και εξυπηρετικό.

El hotel es pequeñito situado en una zona comercial. Por suerte la estacion de tren esta relativamente cerca para poder moverte al centro. Aunque el metro tarde 40 min hasta la zona más proxima a la Acropolis. El desayuno escasito. Sin lujos. Mejor olvidar. Mi experiencia negativa la tuve con el peesonal del hotel. A la hora de preguntar por un transfer... Dependiendo de a quien preguntabas te decian un precio distinto. Y si aun preguntas, la respuesta fue de todo menos correcta. Volveria?? NO. Creo que puedo encontrar algo mejor en otra zona... Y con facilidad para moverme. Un saludo Miguel Vigo

Staying in Kisifia is great. The metro train can take you to Piraeus port to catch ferrys. It is also a good way to go to Athens. The Hotel Des Roses has a great breakfast. Friendly staff and it is kept very clean. I will return because it was a great value. And because the dining and shopping were within walking distance. I can see why Kisifia is a very desirable location to live.

for location and neighborhood
hi, I stayed in this hotel few times during past 5-7 years , mostly for solo business trips and main reason of my stay been the location ,
rooms interior is outdated while its generally clean,
bathrooms are old with shower curtains ,
I would recommend asking room on the entrance side street as other part with pedestrian street was noisy at summertime,
otherwise the hotel is at the very heart of Kifisia, an opulent neighborhood of Athens with lots of cafe's , restaurants' shops etc. If I choose the stay again it would be the location.
Must add that reception staff is friendly and helpful for any issues.
