Horrible First Communion party in the hotel restaurant. I wholeheartedly advise everyone not to organize any events in this restaurant. In short: my sister organized her son's first communion for 22 people, a small event, you would think that nothing could go wrong. It started with the main course, my sister ordered a set with a roast in sauce for the first course, most of the table received roast, except for two people to whom the waitress without a word served an over-fried, dry chicken breast that looked as if it had been lying on this plate for about a week now! When the waitress asked why they didn't get the roast, she replied rudely that the roast came out and it is what it is! I don't know if that meant she went for a walk? Has it ended? How is it possible that there was not enough meat when we had known for several months how many people would be there and what they would eat!? And even if this happened, why didn't anyone approach my sister to inform her about the situation, no one apologized, no one asked if there was anyone who would prefer to eat something else, because they ran out of roast meat!?!? The waitresses were very rude, they didn't clear the tables, you had to go to them and ask to change the plates! Only one waiter was nice and worked hard. We waited for the cake several hours after meals, we went to ask when it would be delivered because the guests wanted to go home! For reasons, I suppose, of wanting to earn as much as they could, they organized too many communions that exceeded their capabilities. The hotel had a party with a very very laud music playing till 3am in the morning. Our rooms were located just above the party room. Despite asking reception to change our rooms or have the music lowered they were not able to accommodate us. I reserved 2 rooms for my 84 yrs old father and me and my sister. The hotel did not informed us that there will be a party during our stay. Had they done that I would have cancelled the reservation. Further more when my dad was checking in the receptionist asked that he pay for the rooms which he did. This is unacceptable and for this reason I ask for refund. I will never stay at this hotel and will not recommend it to any one. My family and I are very disappointed.

the hotel organized a party that had laud music playing till 3am. Our rooms (2) were just above the party room and we could not sleep. The hotel did not inform me when I booked the rooms that there will be lots of noise otherwise I would have booked our stay with another hotel. I already send a review and asked for refund.

A good stay at this hotel. Quiet location within walking distance to plenty of good dining options. In fact, a great restaurant in the hotel. Very good, diverse breakfast options. Underground garage provides secure parking. Clean and comfortable rooms.

We had beautiful stay here. Nice place, comfy room and bed. Bathroom. Very good breakfest and staff. Both gentlemen receptionist were really nice and helpful. The hotel is close to city center but in silent street. It was our first night stop during the road trip and we relaxed very well

On the television channels there are no foreign channels, no English, no French, only Polish, do these people think that Poland is the center of the world? They have satellite television but they only show channels in Polish, I almost got bored to death.
