Es un gran hotel de estilo palaciego y por eso grandisimos espacios comunes y salones. Moderno. Con piscina y spa funcionando.

Great breakfast, amazing sauna area for hotel guests, room clean nice and spacious. For small additional charge you can use their pool complex, nice for kids too. Will be looking to stay there again.

Has a potential
In general we had a good stay. Food was great, room was spacious. Waterpark looks great, hovewer the big slides not in use.
We paid £370 for two night for spacious room.
It is a shame that there were few things that let this place down.
We booked for three people but we got a bedding and towels only for two people. No robes for kids for the swimming pool. There was a kitchenette with microwave but no cutlery. The was a coffee and tea provided but no milk! The bathroom was very spacius with big bath but the water was lukewarm so there was no point to use it as you felt cold after 5 min.
The negatives are easy to fix and would make a massive difference.

Sehr schönes Hotel nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und zur Messe. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Das Freizeitbad neben an (12 Euro Eintritt für 2h) ist auch sehr schön.

Świetny hotel na wypad z rodziną czy przyjaciółmi. Wielki przeszklony park wodny z odsuwanym w sezonie dachem.. pokoje duże, czyste, ładnie urządzone.. smaczne śniadania i obiadokolacje. Na terenie darmowy parking dla gości. W okolicach sporo miejsc do odwiedzenia np jaskinia RAJ. Ogólne wrażenie 7/5 POLECAM

Its a very nice complex hotel and a spa as a structure . The rest is a 3 star hotel. Majority of staff unfriendly, ignorant teenagers , no class ,unexperienced . It was not like this before since its not our first stay in this hotel. Many things missing in the room, missing shower handle never reported to be fixed or window shutters to have good night quality of sleep. Food used to be very good in the hotel and now its a poor quality , less choices and unhealthy promoting sodas fountain . I would not be surprised to see burgers next time. Dinner open buffet definetely not worth the price. Its better to eat in Dworek Restaurant where food is still delicious . Receptionist used to be more professional and asking if everything was ok during stay, not anymore or just had a bad luck. Anyhow overall experience give me your money and dont bother me…. So sad.

We stayed as a group of few families. Overall unpleasant place and we will definitely not be going back. Staff Except the manager who had to get involved in one matter, very unprofessional. Receptionists are very ignorant, not willing to help or answer basic questions. Rooms Basic but nice and comfortable. Cleaned every day. Views - we did not even know it was acceptable to build a room facing blank wall or water park slides. We were shown few alternative rooms and most of them in one wing of the hotel were like that. It was shocking and partially ruined or stay. Restaurant Food was fine. Staff very rude and unprofessional. For example, they could take one plate from a table full of empty dishes. Some were on their mobiles most of the time and gossiping (or even swearing - we know Ukrainian language and could understand what they were saying about the guests. Really disgusting!). Pool Too busy - every day in the morning there were busses arriving from different places bringing kids. It looks they were letting too many people in and the space got crowded immediately every day. It was good for kids, as they could not go too crazy in such crowd. Spa Good size. In our opinion it is missing the intimacy. It was also too loud in the evenings, with drunk people being let to already overcrowded sauna for sauna sessions.

Groot en druk hotel, kamer op de 3 etage was zeer ruim met een balkon.
Nadeel van dit hotel is de drukte, parkeren is vaak een probleem en veel rumoer op de gangen.
