Can meet the minimum requirements of staying overnight alone + bathing

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this hotel and the hotel management. Unfortunately, we had no internet/WIFI for the first two nights. The sliding door of the wardrobe was damaged and was reported, but unfortunately it was not repaired. I injured myself on the third/last day because the sliding door fell on my toe when I opened it. So an appeal to the hotel management: please think of the safety of the guests first!!!

Simple but decent hotel in a great location in Kiel! Very friendly staff.

It's quicker to go through the shopping mall on the opposite side of Kiel Hbf to the other side of the mall. It's convenient because you can go through the mall relatively early in the morning. I forgot whether there was an elevator or not. The building is relatively old, but it is comfortable because it is well cleaned, but the unfortunate thing is that there is a strange step in the room. There is a slight step at the boundary between the breakfast room and the hallway. The step in the room is for the toilet when you wake up, and the step in the breakfast room is something that makes you feel sluggish when you finish eating and relax. There is a balcony, but it is only separated from the next room by a low fence, so don't forget to lock the door when you go out. There is an ashtray on the table, so it seems that you can smoke. You can eat breakfast if you add it when you make a reservation. There was a relatively wide variety. If you ask the staff, they will bring you coffee. Wi-Fi is normally usable.
