The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly.
Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

酒店總體環境不錯，前台態度專業、友善，早餐味道尚可，高層的景色很好。我們入住時被告知，所定房型被overbook。正常情況下，其他酒店會給我們升級房型，但這個酒店居然給我們房型降級了。對於一個家庭（2大1小），房間非常的小，房間沒有空間可以打開行李箱。房間內有書桌和椅子，但因為空間不夠，椅子無法完全拉開，因此無法使用。我們連住兩晚，期間保潔居然沒有對房間進行清潔。我們退房當天，還沒退房，還在收拾行李，保潔就敲門想要進來清潔了。感覺酒店管理非常混亂。

Hotel sehr neu und alles sehr sauber. Frühstücksraum ist bei Auslastung beengt, sehr stressig, und nicht so gut belüftet.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt aber gut.
