Wir lieben dieses Hotel einfach! Obwohl wir ganz in der Nähe wohnen, kommen wir immer wieder hierher, um zu entspannen und neue Energie zu tanken. Es ist klein, sehr gemütlich, und der Service ist top. Die Küche ist deutsch, aber die Gerichte werden immer schön angerichtet und es wird erklärt, was serviert wird. Der Spa-Bereich ist absolut hervorragend – ein großer Pool, eine Sauna und ein wunderschöner Garten, fast wie ein kleiner Innenhof. Es ist ruhig, gemütlich, und solche Hotels gibt es nur sehr selten – in Kiel eigentlich gar nicht. Überrascht hat uns auch, dass die Besitzer direkt im Hotel wohnen. Beim Frühstück kam Frau Birke vorbei, erkannte uns und wir hatten einen netten Smalltalk.

Ich wollte das Seminar absagen, weil mein Zimmer so schön war, dass ich es nicht verlassen wollte. Allergiker Bettzeug lag schon bereit für mich. Ich weiß nicht was man hier in die Kissen füllt, aber sie sind ein Traum. Ich habe richtig richtig gut geschlafen. Der Waldspaziergang tat gut. Das Personal liebt es regelrecht im Hotel Birke zu arbeiten. Das war eine sehr angenehme Woche. Herzlichen Dank und auch einen Gruß an den ruhigen pfiffigen Koch. Der Spa Bereich und die vielen schönen Sitzecken lassen einen die Zeit vergessen.

Extrem schlechte Kopfkissen
Sehr schönes Hotel, aber schlimmste Kopfkissen je. Mit über 70 Übernachtungen im Jahr, sind die Kopfkissen im Birke Hotel die absolut schlimmste. Eine mit Memoryfoam was Ich persönlich nicht mag und eine mit Synthetfaser die die Luft vom Polster auslässt. Es fehlt unbedingt ein Kissen mit Feder/Daunen. Oder Alternativ eine verbesserte Qualität von Synthetischen Kissen. Die Kissen sind für mich das Wichtigste um ein ordentliches Schlaf zu erreichen. Passiert leider NIE im Birke Hotel.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Service und der Freundlichkeit die uns bei unserem Aufenthalt zuteil wurde Vom der/dem Auszubildenden bis zur Chefin selbst sind alle zuvorkommend, die Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war sehr ansprechend, gepflegt ind gemütlich Das essen war hervorragend und die dazu servierten Weine passten hervorragend zusammen Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen Vielen Dank Wir kommen gerne wieder
