The worst hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Didn’t even stay one night in the hotel. Terrible rooms to match the terrible staff

The bathroom was a bit outdated with dried caulk and mineral water stains. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

I got here with high hopes and got let down again and again. We had to move rooms TWICE because of BLACK MOLD on the ceilings and rusty bathtubs. In addition, the pictures of this hotel are very misleading. The fitness room is nothing more than two treadmills and a bike. The business center is a desk with a computer on it. The pool was the only thing that was normal. Breakfast is okay too but you have to make your own waffles and it seemed like there was more people than available food. There was also no arcade. It is in a convenient location and the staff were helpful so that is the only reason I give it 2 stars.

For the price, I was expecting more. This hotel is adequate at best. Floors were dirty and looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while, beds were not well made, holes in the curtains. The hotel in general is old and needs to be updated. I would not recommend.

Arrived 7p.m. Jan. 2nd. Didn’t make reservations because on our way home from vaca and didn’t know how long we would want to keep going. The guy, younger kid really, huffed because we didn’t have reservations, you would think that isn’t his job and we interrupted him. On the way to the room, the place smelled, rugs were filthy and worn and it was all around dirty. Got to the room, rugs are disgusting and it still smelled. Toilet was missing bolt and could be turned, no way that would flush properly, we didn’t open it and were not sure why would happen if we tried to flush it. We went back to the front desk asked for a refund, no problem there, so that was the only good thing about this place. Went to Holiday in express, they were polite and the place was clean and the toilet didn’t spin around like a top. Skip this place and go there instead.

Barbra was at the front desk with a terrible attitude after making me wait a long time to see her. The entire building was filled with mold and a disgusting smell. The rooms were NOT CLEAN AT ALL. Parts of the shower were molding and very dirty. I took off my shoes for a moment in the room and my feet automatically got dirty from the UNCLEANED floors. The ONLY somewhat exceptional thing about this dump was the beds. The entire building was under renovation which we were NOT told about at all. The moldy, exposed walls gave me and my family a terrible allergic reaction. The entire experience caused us to spend 2+ hours looking for a new hotel. Overall, I would never EVER allow one of my loved ones to ever stay here. I HEAVILY recommend that you do not waste your time and money on this.

Their front desk person was extremely rude to me when I called to get help with an issue. When I told them that I wouldn't stay at this comfort inn anymore, they said "Good, we don't want you here." Their attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for. On top of that they refused to give me their name so I could put in a complaint against them. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel staff member. I do not recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Comfort Inn ‘s and this by far is at the bottom in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The bathroom looked like it may not have been cleaned very well over time. There was mold around where the tub meets the wall surround. The hall smelled musty as well. I know they could be having staffing shortages as the house keeper was still cleaning rooms when we arrived at 5pm. Decor looks dated compared to other choice hotels I’ve visited.

I arrived 2 hours before check-in and overheard the staff talking about problems with the boiler in the Hotel and NO hot water. I was denied check-in at that time and was told to come back in 2 hours as the rooms were not ready. When I finally got my room, I had NO hot water for most of my stay. When I approached the staff about this issue I was told "that's the first I've heard of that", which I told her that was not true as I heard them talking about the boiler needing repairs earlier. She told me that I should run the tap for 5 or 10 minutes and the water would get so hot it would be scalding. Some of the staff were miserable and abrupt at times. Place is out dated, dirty and in need of repairs. The safe in my room did not work so I had to keep my money and passport with me at all times.
