The hotel service is good, but the rooms are really hard to find. The room is not small, but there are no windows, and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. I booked two beds with my children and ended up with only one bed. People said that there are two sofa beds in the living room. It was okay to sleep, but it was very hot. Staying for one night was like baking all night. When I woke up the next day, my mouth was completely rotten. The hotel facilities are very old. The water park is paid separately.

I have been to some bad resorts but this was an abomination. Let me list the pros & cons: Pros: (leaving) Cons: (black mold, no AC, bed bugs, filthy, stains on sheets, non working toilet, not able to play games outside because of over growth, disgusting pool, rude staff (although can't blame them as they are listening to complaints all day), undrinkable water, garbage all over the resort. awful smell. I would not even come back to this resort even if you paid me. I will be calling the department of health as this place needs to be shut down.

This timeshare is the worst of them all. 😡 Having any dealings with them is at your own risk! ⚠️ They have absolutely no consideration or regard for their customers. 😤 As a longstanding member who has seen it all, I can confidently say this: STAY AWAY! 🚫 The timeshare is NEVER available to use. Despite paying off the mortgage 💸 and still being stuck with maintenance fees 💰, I get nothing in return. Now, I’m pleading to be released from this contract that benefits me in no way. 😔 They will lie to get you in. 🛑 It’s a complete money pit. 💸💸 Don’t do it! ❌ Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money. 🙅♂️

We have a time share at the Split Rock Resorts. Since Bel Air became an owner of the SPR it become worse and worse every year. The following are problems we experienced during this stay: 1. The room keys/cards were failing 3 mornings during the week. We had to drive to the Front desk and stay in line to replace/reprogram these cards. 2. No dish washing kit. 3. No tea kettle. 4. No paper towels. 5. No hangers in the closets. 6. The lake beach is dirty and the water at the beach looks as a swamp. 7. At the front desk they were asking for a resort fee (we are time share owners and should no be charged the resort fee).

I have been coming to Split Rock for over 20yrs and this was not a great stay. Since this company's take over, I wish they gave timeshare owners the option of giving up their timeshares. This place is a one stop of entertainment. It can run on good maintenance and great customer service which it lacks in both departments. No response from the front desk, no information given out regarding the limitations of the water park, drinking water or missing items in the room. Security needs to run the resort since they were the ones answering the most questions. Due to the numerous complaints, the response looking into the matters no longer works. Results are needed and action for those results should be ongoing. The same complaints in 2023 and 2024 should not be the same for 2025. Please do better so I can return....not really looking to give up my timeshare.

El hotel tiene muchas actividades para realizar, parque acuático, teatro para ver peliculas, zona de juegos (billar, volleyball, golf, basketball, pingpong, laser tag, senderismo y otras actividades. Hay bar en el lobby, varias tiendas para comprar amenities. En grande y muy limpio. Es un poco antiguo pero la verdad la he pasado muy bien aquí, perfecto para venir en familia. Costo vs beneficios está muy bien.

When checking in no one mentioned that the Air conditioning in the entire facility wasn’t working, nor did anyone mention That the water was contaminated and not safe to drink nor brush your teeth, I had to find out by reading a sheet that was omin the elevator. the pull out sofa collapse as my son laid down to sleep, no help was provided once the issue was mentioned to the higher ups, the sheets had stains, the entire place was ghetto with people smoking paraphernalia, and blasting music in the parking lot until 4am! Mind you I was traveling with a baby and two other small children. This place was by far the worse place I’ve ever stayed at and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I’m currently still waiting in management to contact me in regards to a full refund since I had to check out before the 24 hour mark.

We had a good time but we stayed in the 600 building room 6111d unfortunately the whole week we stayed we had no hot water at night just a little warm to take a shower some nights could not and we unfortunately could not enjoy the jacuzzi because of no hot water I let front desk know every night but that did nothing it was still not working if you got up 230 am there was hot water in the morning it was hot and not .meanwhile I have to pay a maintenance fee every year that just keeps going up . And game room had some problems with games not working but the main thing was the hot water how can you put people in there when it's not working right . Thanks Warren betso. Maybe you should give me half off on my next year maintenance for 2026 it would be nice.
