Very neat with pleasant customer service and the rooms have excellent park views! It’s an option I’d recommend if you love nature and the sound of birds. The service was timely and attention to detail was what we wanted. Make sure to ask for their chicken stir fry 🔥

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The meals are always on time and tasty. The rooms are well organized and clean. This place has a serene environment with a beautiful scenery. The costs are pocket friendly with a wide range of activities.

The manager and a waitress have no customer care at all, kindly look through your cameras otherwise the hotel is bound to collapse , worst experience ever and the manager is not welcoming at all , the management should look into the workers and do some training on customer care

Early last year, I randomly visited Kyangabi with my family, where we actually visited quit a number of hotels in Rubirizi district ♀️but kyangabi was one of the best hotels I thought would be on my bucket list in 2022I worked so hard and I booked my self 2 nights that was 31st 2022 and 1st 2023♥️but one thing you should know is I got the best services beyondwhat I even paid forthe food was extremely nicethe customer care was top notch, the rooms were so clean and well equipped with all the essentials I m so looking forward to coming back again♥️I made even new friends during my stay♥️the beauty, the calmness, the views , the serenity talk about everything nice♀️Kyangabi is♥️♥️♥️I m so looking forward to the Annex Keep up the good service ♥️

I landed on kyangabi by luck . i must say the pictures do not do justice to the resort itself. Went with my family and no one wanted to leave. The rooms well great, very clean, beautiful scenary , well organized great food and service. I was initially worried about keeping the children busy but the pool came in handy with a life guard at all times, they have a play area with swings.... Very relaxing weekend i will definitely be back and highly recommend it with confidence.

The waitresses and their supervisor Emma are simply naive and unprofessional. The waitress served an order we did not place. She acknowleged her mistake and took back the food but we were still charged for it. Our attempt to reason with Emma the supervisor fell on deaf ears.That hotel is being run by thieves. I wouldn't go back. We lost money and even one of the orders that was correct had the worst food ever. Very u fresh fish and un ready rice. Avoid this hotel

I was looking for a place to spend my honeymoon in Uganda. And I found Kyangabi Crater Resort on Google maps. And as Google shows pictures of recommendations, and after visiting the website and looking at the pictures there I thought it was the ideal place to go. And when my wife and I arrived we were not disappointed. It's a place for all your dream travel experience in Uganda. The amazing architecture of the resort and rooms, great customer care, amazing sceneries, great food (which most of it is sourced from thier own farm), everything nice Located in Rubirizi District, overlooking Queen Elizabeth National Park, one morning we woke up to a family of elephants right there. We went for a park drive and also boat ride on the Kazinga channel and the amazing overall scenes were spectacular. The only thing that was a disappointment was thier WiFi which is slow in most rooms. But apart from that everything was wonderful. Please visit this wonderful place. You won't regret it.

After trekking for 4 days in the mountains this resort was a welcome sight. Gorgeous rooms with full bathrooms, comfy beds, mosquito nets but most of all the balconies overlooking the plains for miles & miles. Every morning the monkeys ran past & we saw elephants - just beautiful. Lovely big swimming pool, well stocked bar & lovely food.
