The check-in system needs to be improved. though their room was available they did not provide the room before 12.00 PM. it was tough to pass the time whoever come to Khulna at midnight by bus (time around 3.00 to 4.30). Hotel management needs to rethink about their check-in policy.

This is my first visit here. Rooms are spacious but old fashoined. AC doesn't worked properly, creating a lot of noise and switch created sparks. Overall experience is not good. Complementary breakfast was okay. They kept a key outside the toilet door which was bit wired. Used utensils often found in front of other rooms.
