This was my second time staying here, this time with foreign relatives visiting. On the day we checked into our three rooms on the Lagoon side, my aunt and uncle, from New Zealand, were assigned room number 17, arriving around 5:00 PM.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We called to report it, and a repairman came to fix it. We went to enjoy a delicious meal at View Yo restaurant first.
Unfortunately, my aunt's food wasn't available. We went to ask for it, but they said it wasn't in the order, even though the staff had already taken our order (confirmed because we ordered it with an additional drink). We arrived at the restaurant at 6:00 PM. It took forever! After an hour, my aunt said she wasn't going to eat, but the food arrived.
I'd like to seriously improve the bathroom at View Yo restaurant. If it's broken, they should fix it and keep it clean and inviting. That's the end of the restaurant.
When we returned to room number 17, the air conditioning wasn't working as well as before. The housekeeper said they'd get a repairman. We insisted on changing rooms and didn't wait for them...

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The swimming pool has a beautiful view. The hotel staff are all lovely and professional. 👍👍 It's not far from the sea. You should take a boat trip in the morning. It's very beautiful.
