Nice resort. The swimming pool have slidder which are fun to play. Food at the restaurant is good. Children's will love this place

Less than expected amenities provided by hotel

I have been to this property many times and the experience has always remained the same. Amazing as always!!! We found the entire team welcoming and strives towards giving better experience to the customers. Though it was 3 days/2 nights short trip, we found the time passed too quickly . It's a great property where you do not feel the need to step out.

Enjoyed the lovely garden and pool area, but housekeeping could be improved. The location was fantastic, close to shopping options. The staff were exceptional, always helpful. The facilities were top-notch, offering great amenities for a comfortable stay. Despite some cleanliness issues, overall a pleasant experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Hype Review: I recently stayed at Meritas Picaddle Resort in Lonavala on October 23, 2024, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite its appealing exterior and flashy decorations, this resort fails miserably when it comes to comfort, cleanliness, and basic hospitality. Firstly, the bathrooms and bathtubs were in an appalling condition. The bathtub was filthy, outdated, and honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. It was shocking to see a place that claims to be a luxury resort maintain their bathrooms this poorly. The space didn’t feel clean or hygienic, making it extremely uncomfortable to use any of the bathroom facilities. The mattresses were unbelievably hard, as if we were sleeping on a slab of stone. Forget comfort; I couldn’t even get a decent night’s sleep. For a place that markets itself as a relaxing getaway, this was a complete letdown. I would have slept better at a basic lodge! To top it off, the service was subpar. Staff seemed disinterested, and any requests we made took ages to be attended to, if they were handled at all. For the prices they charge, I expected much more in terms of service and quality. In short, the only decent thing about this resort is the outside décor. Don’t let the facade fool you – the rooms and facilities inside are shockingly neglected. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests.

paid for executive room for 3 persons but extra bed provided was of cheap quality making noise and too uncomfortable. hotel was charging in room dining charges at pool side. pool side menu was Also not available when asked they provided and rats malpractice found. reception and house keeping staff was good and cooperative. will avoid visiting next time

Overall all experience was awesome, Staff were very cooperative and polite. it is good place of you want spend some time this is Perfect place for family and friends. Location of hotel is prime, Food quality was good, water park was clean. Special thanks to Pintu ji & Team @ SVEDA Spa for guidance.

Meritas Picaddle Resort is a great family resort in Lonavala. Their cold water jacuzzi, swimming pool and water sports activities are amazing. They also have indoor gaming activities. Food is also good. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly especially Muskan.
