I used this hotel during a business trip.
It seems to be an old hotel, but it was well-cleaned and there was no discomfort.
There are restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, so you won't have any problems.
I will use this hotel again when I go to Khon Kaen.

Terrible Customer Service – Only Care About Money
I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. The staff were completely unhelpful and refused to modify my booking, even though I reached out in time. They showed no understanding or flexibility at all. It felt like they only cared about taking my money—not about helping a customer in need. Their attitude was rude, unprofessional, and showed no mercy or willingness to assist. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or reliable customer service. Stay away if you value basic hospitality.
