It's not really worth the price. There are a lot of ants. The shower head in the rain set is covered with algae. The rails are rusty. But the staffs are good. The only downside is that the hotel looks very run down. There's only the rooftop on the 7th floor that is worth seeing.

◆There was a balcony, but it hadn't been cleaned.
◆There was a smell coming from the pipes in the toilet/shower room.
◆There were a lot of ants on the bread at breakfast.

Quiet, next to Bueng Kaen Nakhon, convenient. There is a 7-11 and a rooftop on the 7th floor. The service staff is very good. The gentleman serves beer and has fun chatting. The bed is very soft.

The hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
