The Pullman lived up to my expectations as I have stayed with this company prior, in different countries. Pricing was good, amenities very good, clean, and pleasant staff. The buffet for breakfast was 10/10. Thanks to team Pullman, I needed some sleep and rest, and I received it. Recommend

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options, all of which were fresh and delicious. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. It's convenient to call a taxi or walk down the street to find dining options. Although the hotel shows signs of age and is somewhat run-down, it remains acceptable overall.

The room is very good. The facilities are complete, but there is no hair dryer. Breakfast is ok. There is enough parking space.

The location is good. Easily to travel around by public transport. Got the market opposite the hotel so easy to get things. The room was spacious and provided everything you needed. Only bad thing is you need to walk the stairs as the lift come to the lobby if you wanna go out.

Very good hotel at a sensible price. Ate breakfast very nice though getting a milk to go with coffee was difficult.Lots of choice and high quality. Ate at the restaurant for dinner and had steak very delicious and only 1300 baht including vat and service charge. Swam in the pool which is lovely but surprisingly cool maybe because it is on floor 28. I would recommend and stay again. Remember this is a modern concept hotel that traditionalists may not favor. Why the bed base is massively oversized l have no idea.

This is a decent hotel right in the very center of Khon Kaen. I paid about 20USD per night, and for the price seems very good value. Friendly staff, clean bedding, strong aircon. I was here during Songkran (the Buddhist New Year) period, so there was quite a lot of noise from the street such as speakers, concerts etc....I *assume* this isn't a problem 99% of the year though, and I don't fault the hotel for it. There's a pool on the ground floor which I didn't get to use, but it seemed nice enough. Overall good value for money, and worth staying if you are looking for a hotel in downtown KK. The hotel is good, it is better in the local area. I stayed for one night while attending a friend's wedding. There are Thai baths and massages nearby. There are also night markets and 7-11. It is very convenient in all aspects of eating. The front desk is very welcoming

The hotel in the city and is not very deep in the alley. The level of cleanliness is good, the bathroom is luxurious, suitable for the price, there is a hair dryer. Breakfast is provided, but I want you to have breakfast from 5 am, it will be very good. I don't want to wait until 7 o'clock, the air conditioner is cool, but I want to add a little more light in the room.

- Located on Mittraphap Road, easy to travel - Quiet, peaceful, not crowded, suitable for those who want to relax (but party people may not be suitable)
