Khiva Hotels with Wi-Fi

The Farovon was an excellent hotel choice for our 2 nights in Khiva as it offers really good, very clean facilities and is only a short distance to the tourist sights (20,000 som taxi arranged by reception). This meant that we could enjoy our sightseeing and then retreat to this very calm, relaxing hotel - we particularly enjoyed the courtyard which was a lovely spot to chill but there are also plenty of areas indoors. The Asian restaurant (Tokyo) was not open but we used the Italian restaurant both nights and both meals were good as were the drinks. Breakfast was also very good here with loads of choices as well as an omelette/egg station. The room was very clean, large and with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was also very good. We would definitely use again and recommend.

Нас встретили хорошо. Покормили вкусным обедом. Разместили в 112 номере рядом с RESEPSHN. Уборка номера на ”троечку” . В ванной комнате лежал обмылок от предыдущего жильца. Раковина грязная. В ванной большое красное пятно непонятного происхождения. Вместо новой туалетной бумаги был маленький остаток. На просьбу принести туалетные принадлежности: принесли только полотенца (х/б хорошего качества). Несмотря на неоднократные напоминания, туалетные принадлежности так и не принесли. Электрического чайника в номере не было, хотя в аналогичных других номерах были (из посуды было всего две чашки). Постельное белье синтетическое. Фото номера не соответствует реальной обстановке. Звукоизоляция плохая, слышны все звонки и разговоры в RESEPSHN. Вечером было очень шумно из-за галдящих и шумевших детей сотрудников отеля. В целом отель тянет на две звезды с оценкой ”троечка”.

Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

We traveled through Khiva in winter and were warmly welcomed by the family who run this hotel. Although they were in renovations, they had 3 rooms available of which two we occupied. The staff are more than friendly and advised us on where to go in Khiva and outside of it. They organise their own tours with professional drivers (non-english speaking, but kind) and were able to answer all questions we had about the area of Khorezm. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Khiva!

The location is good, in the ancient city, near the south gate of the ancient city. The hot water is large and stable, so hot water must be praised. Then I started to complain. There was no hair dryer in the room. Fortunately, I brought it myself; breakfast was the worst breakfast I lived in several cities in Uzbekistan, none of them; I asked the little sister at the front desk to book a car to the airport, remember to bargain, she started I said it was too expensive for 15 dollars. She immediately said that 10 dollars would be fine, and finally talked about the 60,000 som deal (about 7 dollars), so tired...

Located in the historical town of Khiwa, less than a 1-minute walk from the Ichan-Qala - Tash-Darwaza Gate and the old city, Hotel Asia Khiva features a spa and wellness centre, a swimming pool, a sauna, and an on-site restaurant. This hotel is an old historical Madrassah I stayed at this lovely place whilst on a Wild Frontiers tour of Uzbekistan. It's location is inside the old city wall. Khiva itself was the highlight of my holiday. Staying in this hotel was a big contribution to that. The rooms are the students cells. The rooms are furnished with traditional style furniture. The bathroom had everything you needed. Our group all agreed it had a great atmosphere and was a very good location. You could walk around this place on your own and feel safe doing so. The only thing is that the beds have very hard mattresses. They could do with a mattress topper to help get a comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast is served in another Madrassah just across the road. There is a good selection of food for all tastes. It is buffet service. I felt very privileged to have stayed in this lovely historical place.

Situated inside the walled city - where else would you want to be? Walk outside and walk in history. Clean secure room but you make your bed when you get there. Easy walk to excellent restaurants. The manager can arrange car and driver for day tour. Not a tour guide - a driver plus you pay entry fees (cheap but not explained) Stop for lunch was terrible - served raw chicken - take your own lunch or enjoy a big dinner.

Recently renovated, the double room was large, clean, quiet. Rooms were comfortable on second floor. Stairs only. Refrig in room, great air conditioning, nice hair dryer, BYO toiletries want anything but a small,bar of soap. Water available in lobby for about equivalent of 30 cents per bottle.Terrific buffet breakfast Served from 7-9 AM with fried or boiled eggs, cheese, fruit, some deli meat, breads, pastries.Coffee is instant only. Adequate free WiFi for email, but download and upload speeds for,photos are quité slow.,I was able to access Facebook to upload a few photos.
