The best hotel in this area. Reasonable and rich breakfast. Clean and big rooms. Small but warm swimming pool. Friendly personal. It's better to get a taxi to reach the old town (worth seeing) - unexpectedly cheap.

Hotel perfecto si no fuera por su ubicación algo alejada del centro, casi una hora andando. Por lo demás es un precioso hotel que parece un palacio. Maravilloso desayuno e instalaciones nuevas. Destaca su patio interior muy amplio. Si el objetivo es descansar en el hotel, el lugar es perfecto. Si lo que se busca es conocer la ciudad es imprescindible contar con un medio de transporte.

Hotel di nuova concezione in posizione decentrata. Camere spaziose ma non perfettamente pulito il bagno. Room service per la cena non pienamente sufficiente così come il box per early breakfast. Il personale alla reception non è adeguatamente preparato. Le tre stelle sono per il cappuccino al bar e il letto comodo.

Farovon en Uzbeco quiere decir tranquilidad y este Hotel sin duda hace honor a su nombre sin duda ha sido el mejor de todos los que he tenido en el circuito, camas, enormes, limpieza, absoluta, cortinas obscurecedoras, silencio sepulcral, personal muy atento, y han mejorado en los desayunos ahora es buffet, si vas no olvidarás tu paso por este sitio con tanto encanto.

I recently arrived at the Farovan Hotel in Khiva and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite its reputation as the most expensive hotel in the city, I found the customer service at the reception to be lacking. Pricing was inconsistent throughout the communication re. my stay, and whenever I tried to address it, no one took responsibility. This was quite frustrating, especially since I had expected a high standard of service. The room itself was also underwhelming. It felt cramped and crowded, which was surprising given the hotel's price point. For anyone considering a stay here, I highly recommend getting the price in writing and confirming it multiple times before arrival to avoid any misunderstandings. Ultimately, we decided to leave and moved to the Bankir Hotel instead, which offered a much more pleasant experience at half the cost. I’m disappointed to write this review, but I believe it’s important to provide honest feedback. If management is interested, they are welcome to contact me for additional details.

At first I was a bit sceptical about the this hotel. Rest assured it is lovely hotel with huge rooms. Our room had a balcony that faced the courtyard. The view from there was very nice. The breakfast selection was western hotel standards and in fact better than some of the branded hotels we stayed at in Uzbekistan. The hotel is short ride to the tourist attractions. The only problem we had was on the last night when there was no restaurants available at the hotel for dinner. There was some inter country ministerial meeting and the restaurants were shut to the public without notice.
