Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

The location is very good, in the old city, it used to be the dormitory of the Islamic school, very style; the facilities can not be compared with the five-star hotel, it is passable; you need to cover your own quilt cover and lay sheets;

Not very easy to find, there is a lot of Asian hotels next to it, the driver will think it is there. The hotel room just tasted very big and it was cold and could not open the window. It was a little regrettable but the hotel location was really good.
