Terrible hotel! I prepaid online but the hotel stuff was starting to tell me that they didn't get my payment and I should cancel the hotel and pay in cash. Cause I booked with the discount. This is super unprofessional. Wasted 2 hours of my time with them until trip.com put me to another hotel. So avoid that place

Das Hotel Old Khiva besticht durch seine optimale Lage, denn es befindet sich fast gegenüber des Haupttores zur Altstadt von Chiva. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber und zum Glück funktioniert die Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert, ist einfach, aber man wird satt. Wer eine einfache, saubere und vor allem zentrale Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Отличное расположение для посещения старого города. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Комнаты маленькие, но комфортные, есть кондиционер, фен. Хороший завтрак. Отель в 3х минутах от кассы и ворот старого города. После экскурсии вечером ужинали и гуляли по старому городу, очень красивая подсветка, рекомендую. Никаких проблем потом не составило вернуться в отель пешком, не требуется такси.
