It was clean and the service was excellent.
The hotel's kids' club provided childcare, which was very helpful when I needed to go out for a bit or pack my bags.
While the location is downtown, major shops and currency exchanges are a bit of a walk away. Lotte Mart was close by.

Our family of three stayed in an ocean-view king-bedroom. The room was spacious and even provided an extra bed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The ocean view was superb, and the luggage storage service allowed us to make the most of our time. While our itinerary didn't allow us to enjoy the pool or breakfast, it's a hotel well worth visiting even if just for the room itself.

A few months ago, I booked two rooms at a low price, including breakfast, with no cancellation fee. I emailed the hotel and requested connecting rooms, which allowed my family to enjoy a comfortable stay. I understand that the high-floor classic rooms don't connect. Please double-check.
The rooms are spacious. Despite the carpet, they're incredibly clean. The ocean view right in front is beautiful. The room service is inexpensive and delicious, and the breakfast is also excellent. The pool isn't large, but it wasn't crowded, so we enjoyed it to the fullest. It's the perfect staycation.
Next time I visit Nha Trang, I'll definitely stay at the InterContinental. ^^
