I was really disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The service was late and the food was coolen. I had to wait for an hour to check in, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The worst part was the breakfast. They served me cold eggs and bacon, and the coffee was watery. I felt sick after eating it. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is located centrally in a busy area but was marked wrongly on google maps. It has a dedicated parking. The Check in was uneventful. The keycards to the room didn't work properly. The rooms were furnished well, but maintenance seemed to be bad. The linens were not clean and they were some other guest artefacts lying in the toilet. The TV also didn't have many channels subscribed. They also have some pretty absurd rules that you cannot bring your own drinking water into the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to the temple premises and is at a walkable distance. The service and rooms are excellent and are also very reasonably priced. Though they don't have a restaurant in their premises, they buy it from outside and supply it as and when we ask them. Very good service by all the staff and the premises are also maintained in a neat and hygienic manner.

GGuest UserWe stay here every time we visit badhrachalam. The place is very clean and neatly maintained, good for families. It's located very close to the temple, 2 mins walking distance. Hence a very comfortable stay. Staff are very nice, kind people.
