Water was not available when I checked in. Literally waited 2 hours. They did not even think of providing an another room. Room quality is pathetic. One boy for entire hotel. Don’t complementary break fast they get it from one small Udupi hotel. A lot to write but we have limited space to write

Washroom is not hygienic, bed sheets have blood marks on them worst condition room not all good, bathroom has completely yellow tiles as it was not well cleaned n maintained

The location was great for my visit purpose. Amenities were very average. The room was decent, reasonably spacious which is typical of any city side hotel room. The receptionist were friendly and checkin process was seamless.

Hotel is with lot of unhygienic towels provided are also worst complementary food is like a kid breakfast and that too served to room no room sprays no tissues no dustbin in bathrooms

as we reserved the room with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they did not provide the breakfast as a buffet; they gave only two packets with very little quantity. they also did not provide lunch and dinner as required—all cost-cutting measures.

Worst!! Poor hygiene. Terrible washroom. Stains on Bed and blanket. Stains on walls. No Service from Hotel for any raised issue.
