The rooms are good and spacious. Decent stay in the centre of the city with no disturbance. But i see few parts of room have a little dust, the pillow covers also have little stains, otherwise a good stay

On the downside, I encountered an issue with noise disturbance. Despite notifying the reception, there was no intervention, and the noise persisted until after midnight. This lack of response from the hotel staff was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort of my stay. In conclusion, the Budget Hotel in Khammam provides a decent stay at an affordable price. While the central AC and breakfast buffet are noteworthy, improvements in blanket quality and better management of disruptive incidents would elevate the guest experience.

Excellent experience. But this hotel authorities has done wrong billing. That is issued one duplicate key but charged two duplicate key charges. Pl return rs 300. It was excellent experience and neatly maintained. Promptly responded by housekeeping and room service. Food is also good.

The hotel is located centrally in a busy area but was marked wrongly on google maps. It has a dedicated parking. The Check in was uneventful. The keycards to the room didn't work properly. The rooms were furnished well, but maintenance seemed to be bad. The linens were not clean and they were some other guest artefacts lying in the toilet. The TV also didn't have many channels subscribed. They also have some pretty absurd rules that you cannot bring your own drinking water into the hotel.
