Service not good. Very casual, TV and AC remotes not working. Besides, mannerism of front desk staff (Asif Khan) was rude, irresponsible and *******.
Around 2:30 am during night, when I tried to switch off the AC through remote, it didn't functioned. As I was not in mood to yet again disturb my sleep calling people getting things in order at expense of my sleep time I managed somehow the cold.
During morning at around 7 am or something when I called the help desk, Mr Asif shot back saying you should have called us during night, which kind of make me feel laughable as here is this hotel staff who did not do a proper check of the property fixtures and functionalities, have the ******* sense of offering me advice of what should I do during my sleep time. I called up the Manager, and he said he is on leave today being Sunday. Then I asked to whom he reports, he said he reports to GM but he would also be on leave today being Sunday. I told then you better put out a rider on the property about this as your guests should take that into account before trusting you people with bookings. I asked his GM number in that case, on which he said he would be coming at around then at 9 am.
All through my complaint of non functional AC remote was not attended up till around 9:15 am, which kind of amazes me as to why are their staffs employed for if they can't get a simple issue of replacing batteries to a non functional AC remote even after 2 hours.
There is much more than this because there were also some laughably crude experience right at the entry time when the room delivery was not in terms of the bookings made, because of which I was made to wait for around half an hour or so.
Pretty pedestrian service overall except for the food which was good, especially considering the price it commands at Khajuraho among its peers.
