服務態度及其有問題！尤其是四樓那個打掃衞生的大媽！，説我們四個人！一個房間帶着那種嘲諷的語氣！！就好像住不起是的！我説你這不是兩個床嗎還是1米八的和1米2的而且我們都是女生你要是有套房我就定四個人套房了。前台既然讓我們上來了，你管什麼多嘴什麼！其次我要兩雙拖鞋因為是四個人，那個大媽説讓我打電話給我前台他不負責！她這意思是不願給？我説不用了我下去去前台要，然後她就説啊那不用了我給你吧？再然後就是酒店標註有問題首先那個房間問題，上面寫的是大床房但是寫的是一張1米八和一張1.2。明顯是三個人住的，誰家倆人開1米八和1米2的。倆人大部分是兩張1.2米的或者一張1.8米。應該是3人間、我們是4個人多出來一個而且都是女生，我想問那那個女生怎麼辦？不安全不説、畢竟誰的錢也不是大風颳來的當然怎麼合適怎麼來啊長途旅行就是這樣，最主要的問題就是那個四樓的短頭髮的大媽！！！！超級事而且帶着一種另類的語氣！怎們説也是連鎖的酒店員工還是管理一下吧！這都什麼員工還對着客人這麼説話！你幹什麼的管好你自己那一片就完事了多嘴什麼事賊**多！住的這個憋氣
