24年新開業的酒店，退掉了原來的牧野山澗選擇了這家。酒店建在烏蘭河附近的山坡上地勢較高，避免今夏被洪水浸泡。
交通：⚠️通往酒店最便捷的是開302國道或者207國道轉向412縣道，412縣道中間段與其他縣道相接的道路都不要走，道路或橋樑被大水沖毀了，都沒有修，道路不通。
訂了一個帶泡池的大床房，房間寬敞，大落地玻璃可以眺望下坡下和對面的草場，視野開闊。洗漱用品齊全，配備智能坐便。
酒店的公共空間是單獨一幢，包含餐廳、前台和休閑區。三餐在同一個餐廳，除早餐外都需要預訂，可以向管家索要菜單，價格適中，還可以預訂草原河谷酒店的餐食（兩個酒店是同一個老闆）需要自己開車前往。餐品種類不是太多，口味有些偏鹹。
娛樂休閑：酒店內有自行車可以騎行，也可以預約坐高爾夫球車兜風，到牧民家騎馬、餵羊、擠奶都可以預約。不想離開酒店可以自行到後山徒步看日落，運氣好會正好碰到牛羊成羣。晚上可以躺着看星空🌃
📋意見：房間用水水量偏小，而且水温偏低，晚上室外只有零度左右，水温幾乎接近體温。室外温泉泡池也是一樣。反應過後水温變暖了，不過也有限。怕冷的人謹慎使用泡池。通往房間的道路狹窄，行李車無法通行，行李衹能拖行。房間的電視無法使用，因為遙控器似乎是壞的。
總體感覺還不錯，秋冬季房間水温是硬傷，希望能改善，酒店服務還是可以的。

我們是10月底來到烏蘭毛都草原的，幸好有機會入住了火山温泉酒店，今年此時其他民宿都因為夏天的大水關閉整修了。火山温泉酒店地勢較高，毫髮無損，正常營業。這是我待過的最好的草原酒店。房間舒適，火山現代風的設計，襯着湛藍的天空，拍照一流，酒店房子後面就是一座山，爬上去看日落風景絕佳，不能錯過。酒店工作人員熱情周到，讓我們在寒冷的深秋，感覺到了家的温暖，周邊牧民那裡可以學騎馬，蜿蜒的烏蘭河流淌過靜靜的山谷，周圍有廣袤的草原和遠處連綿的羣山。風景一次又一次震撼到我們。到這裏來什麼季節都有驚喜，看到的都不一樣。十星點贊👍

大草原上的酒店，站在陽台就能看到對面全是瑞士捲，服務人員都很熱情，對所有問題都耐心解答，環境很好，值得再次入住

先説好的：風景一流 酒店房間設計也超讚 非常好看 私密性很好 床品超級舒適 睡的超好 房間配的奶製品很好吃甚至讓我種草了打算買同款 晚餐雖然價格略高但是味道和食材都非常好 早餐雖然種類不多但是也都很好吃 可惜沒有咖啡想喝衹能付費去買 （感覺很摳搜）餐廳部門的整體服務也超級nice 很熱情周到 ……….再説一些我覺得應該提升的地方：感覺酒店人手不夠？還是旺季人多服務不過來？反正跟我之前入住的其它配備管家的酒店完全不同 這邊的客房部及管家服務基本上🟰沒服務… 缺少主動和熱情 門卡給了兩張但未告知其中有一張只是取電卡 所以出去溜達一圈回來發現帶出來的那張卡開不開門 正常其實隨便來個人給開下門就好了 但是卻讓我回到公區重新做門卡 在外面玩了一大圈回來的真的很疲憊了 住的地方走到公區再走回來還是有點路的 內心略有不爽 再就是之前有看到有條評論説房間配的水不夠喝去要被告知要額外收費 我要了水沒有收費 但是那時候沒水了 正常任何一個酒店至少會説等下給您送幾瓶過去之類的話吧 小夥説你回去燒點熱水喝行嗎 … 還有歡迎水果正常也該有的 但是沒有 被遺忘了的感覺很不好 而且總不能自己追着人家要吧 跟沒吃過水果一樣 這也是酒店交接的失誤吧 還是真的忘了… 淋浴間排水很差 需要維護了 水下的很慢 滿了就會溢出去為了防止溢出去到處都是水 衹能開一會停一會 洗澡洗的也很麻煩

服務：首先説服務，是管家式服務，由於定錯了房型，孩子心心念唸的草原温泉，套房沒有，王總及時換房，避免了孩子鬧脾氣。會在入住前建羣，提供路線，和預訂餐食。
環境：真的是個很避世的酒店，景色，空氣都很好。就是真的太荒了，能選擇的餐食不多，這個季節娛樂項目也不多。
設施：午晚餐貴，可選的不多。唯一不滿意就是沒有蒙古當地美食，孩子能吃的也不多。早餐自助形式，內容不多，但是能選的種類都涵蓋了。
衞生：扣的分其中包括這個臟衣簍真的很臟，入住時候裏面還有瓶蓋...浴簾是布的，洗澡弄濕了之後，屋子裡會有餿味...建議還是換換吧...
