房間較小，環境有點吵，中庭裏有家酒吧，晚間依然很大聲。早餐中規中矩，但每天幾乎都一樣，沒有變化。最大的優勢是地理位置，出行方便，餐飲齊全，離開大英博物館、UCL都很近，酒店門口是哈利波特影城的接送點之一，很便利。

City Sleeper酒店是Royal National Hotel的升级版本。酒店雙人房是大约130平方呎，但感覺舒適乾淨，酒店位置極佳，最近的地鐵站是Russel Square站。
酒店正正位於遊客區，交通方便，非常熱鬧。員工有禮熱情。不過因為房間位於低層，所以有點噪音。而且没有空調及雪櫃。如果7月8月入住或遇上熱浪會很難受。
整體满意，如果下次在非盛夏到臨倫敦會再入住。

房間乾淨，網絡略差。可以行李寄存指的是免費寄存到退房當天晚上9點前。這次旅行中途短暫離開倫敦2天，然後再回倫敦，回倫敦後依然預訂了這家酒店。詢問酒店是否可以把行李寄存2天，得到了拒絕的答覆。詢問可否付費寄存，也被拒絕了，略微失望。
