The carpet was dusty around the corners, the curtain had fallen down, the ceiling in the toilet was stripped and the room was full of a musty smell when we first entered it.
The location is convenient, a Woolworths is nearby the hotel.
The staff at the check-in counter is nice
Even if you hang on the tag "Please Clean up" outside your home , no one would come to clean the room
We went to reception to get Toilet amenities everyday, it has an adequate amount of amenities which is good.

The hotel is in a convenient location, next to the bus station and tram station, and there are two supermarkets opposite. The room is clean and hygienic. I have booked it many times. Friends say it's good.
