The Zetter Marylebone

Well located welcoming hotel with lots of character and treat service. Received a warm welcome and we had a lovely stay. Will return.

Location is optimal, Marylebone is the equivalent of New York's SoHo, in my opinion. The hotel is small and boutique-ish. Our only complaint is that there was no hot water one day, otherwise we were very happy. Would definitely stay there again.

A truly relaxing place to stay minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of shops and galleries etc.

Imagine you discovered you had distant relatives living in London and they invited you to stay in their home while you explored London. The townhouse is thoughtfully decorated with new and old furniture, comfy beds, eccentric Anglophile nuances, and discreet amenities at your request - like afternoon tea, cocktails, lite snacks, etc. Perfect location to base your London travels from.

We stayed in Lears Loft and the room was nice - good size and the amenities were good incl the outdoor bath. Nice and close to Oxford Street and Regents Park. All staff we spoke to seemed nice but a bit disorganised and service was slow. Requests were left unfulfilled and felt closer to an Air b and b than a hotel. Overall nice looking and well decorated but not exactly what I was expecting.

We adored this space! What a treat for our first time back to London in quite a while. Super unique and quirky. Suited us brilliantly!

A beautiful boutique hotel, very well situated, with nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, clean and quiet. This said, for the price we paid (of course taking into account that we are in the expensive central London), two important points would need to be worked on to improve my 3 quote: - the sofa-bed, used in case you are more than 2 in the room, doesn't match the hotel standard. Even for children, the comfort of that bed is hardly acceptable. Not ok at all. - the breakfast is very disappointing: very-very poor buffet, a limited number of a la carte options, a few things that you would look for in such a "typically British" place totally absent (like scones and orange marmalade), I also missed a normal pot of coffee (the only coffee they have is espresso, but even a long espresso doesn't taste as an English breakfast coffee), and the level of service is very uneven depending on who is on duty.
