The location is excellent but the flat we had needs some refurbishing. Bathroom doors couldn’t be closed properly, cupboard doors were loose, the microwave handle was also broken. The most importantly it was really tiny compared to the impression we’ve got from the photos posted on the internet.

期待不能高。民宿各方面沒有酒店好。比酒店多了一點是可以煮飯。
住的房間是小洋樓後面的平層。平房。
小洋樓房東老爺爺自己住。
門鎖一直不太會用，晚上入駐看起來有點偏僻。白天看還好。
窗户外面是輕軌火車軌道。

the room was very clean, even when we moved the bed to be able to watch tv, good bed, warm and relaxing, after spending 4 days visiting our son and his wife and new grandaughter, tea and coffee, and milk in room, with nice clean towels, which where changed after 2 days for new ones, cleaner came and emptied the bin, geoff was always on hand if your needed anything, when he found out what we where down for, he showed us the studios that are better for people staying for long periods, I would recommed,

Clean room in a good location. We struggled to lock the window & it was noisey from the tube line & planes flying into Heathrow over head. Nice to have tea & coffee making facilities & a hair dryer in the room. For the price it ticked all the boxes.

I was very satisfied with my experience.
Geoff was excellent, accommodating, and everything was as I expected when I arrived based on the posting.
I left some ear buds behind and when I called to track them down he answered promptly and returned to the property so I can retrieve them.
