期待不能高。民宿各方面沒有酒店好。比酒店多了一點是可以煮飯。
住的房間是小洋樓後面的平層。平房。
小洋樓房東老爺爺自己住。
門鎖一直不太會用，晚上入駐看起來有點偏僻。白天看還好。
窗户外面是輕軌火車軌道。

The location is excellent but the flat we had needs some refurbishing. Bathroom doors couldn’t be closed properly, cupboard doors were loose, the microwave handle was also broken. The most importantly it was really tiny compared to the impression we’ve got from the photos posted on the internet.

the room was very clean, even when we moved the bed to be able to watch tv, good bed, warm and relaxing, after spending 4 days visiting our son and his wife and new grandaughter, tea and coffee, and milk in room, with nice clean towels, which where changed after 2 days for new ones, cleaner came and emptied the bin, geoff was always on hand if your needed anything, when he found out what we where down for, he showed us the studios that are better for people staying for long periods, I would recommed,

DO NOT BOOK We booked an ensuite room for 3 nights Only stayed 1 night. As it was not an ensuite room. That was just the start. The bedroom door faced the front door which was left open at one point. You had to come out the bedroom to access the bathroom which had no external lock so was accessable to everyone. The bathroom window had no handle and was taped shut. There was an electric cable running along the floor which went into the wall for the electric socket,not sure this is acceptable in a commercial property as potential danger. Also lots of cardboard boxes stored in hall/stairwell definite fire hazard as this was the only way out in case of fire. No fire instructions were displayed either. In the room the drawers were damaged and one of the blinds was torn and stained,plus was so thin it was useless. Most of these things had been reported last year when we checked social media. We did not feel safe and hardly slept so left after 1 night. We did not get what we booked and paid for.
