Great location, secure parking, bar and hotel had great vibe and cosy . Breakfast offered a great choice of tasty items. Room well appointed and tasty chocolate treats in fridge . Staff very attentive and friendly .Alicya on reception was so friendly and welcoming and we were made to feel at home over our three day stay …five star employee! Will stay again. Many thanks A& A .

My stay at the Coach & Horses exceeded my expectations. My room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. An excellent shower and complements. I didn’t dined in as I arrived late. An excellent Hotel for visiting Kew Gardens, with lovely Kew Village and the Thames close by to walk. Handy to both the Tube & Train into London, and a good Bus service.

Great location if you're looking to visit London, but don't want to drive to the centre. 10 minutes from the M4, secure parking and a ten minute walk to the Kew Gardens Tube Station, made the Coach and Horses, the perfect location for our visit to see a performance at the Royal Albert Hall. 30 minutes to Kensington South, with no changes made a really stress free journey to the centre of London. The hotel is great too, a real step up from the usual "chain" hotels we stay at. The team were really friendly and helpful and both lunch and breakfast were excellent. As an added bonus, at the time we stayed the hotel had the full Sky Sports package in our room. Will certainly look to stay again on future visits to London.

Wonderful stay at The Coach & Horses. Anika at reception was amazing and always greeted us with a laugh when we arrived back! Great room and so nice to have a pub, restaurant and great food on the premises. No noise from restaurant in rooms, and so quiet at night. Walking distance to Kew Gardens, tube and busses. Highly recommended!

We received a warm welcome our room was well decorated and appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, full English. We were visiting Kew Gardens so the hotel is in a great location a couple of hundred metres from the Elizabeth gate. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay for my work trip. Good value and has personality, not just a boring grey box . The bed was very comfy , the shower amazing and a lovely hamper of goodies and fully stocked mini bar . Secure parking was a bonus. Staff very welcoming and friendly

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff masde for an enjoyable two night stay. Bar service was good with plenty of food and drink choice and the Sunday lunch was well priced. Breakfast options were good but the buffet table could have been a bit more generous for the £17.50 price. Carpet in room was a bit tired and threadbare in places so needs replacing.

The service and welcome by all staff was excellent. Alysiah did all she could do to make my room available so I could prepare for a wedding. The hotel is perfectly located for Kew Gardens and visiting London. I very much recommend this hotel for brief stays in London. A pub with much character

Hugely enjoyable three night stay at The Coach and Horses - excellent location and easy to get in and out of London. Nice room, great breakfast, everything is very clean and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We plan to go back very soon.
