Wir haben zum zweiten Mal im ArchRock Resort Urlaub gemacht. Wieder waren wir begeistert. Wir waren zu dritt und haben in dem Haus Gannets Cry gewohnt. Die Schlafzimmern haben sich in den unteren Räumen befunden. Unser Sohn fand das etwas unheimlich, da die Räume durch eine Zwischenetage getrennt waren. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht und haben die Unterkunft nur zum Übernachten genutzt. Möchte man dort länger bleiben oder auch das Haus richtig nutzen um dort zu entspannen würde ich ein anderes Haus im ArchRock Resort vorziehen, da unsere Unterkunft ein bisschen im Schatten der anderen Häuser lag. Die Anlage ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.

Views to die for and that’s about all. The chalets are tired and in desperate need of an update. Not sure the criteria for 4* - towels are small, old and threadbare, furniture and look and feel outdated, no daily clean or even bed makeup or mop. The kitchen is super basic and the wifi is intermittent. On the plus side - Bed and pillows are super comfy and you fall out of bed onto the beach.

Our entire family have great affiliation with the sea, and this accomodation, being right above the beach and breaking waves, was just perfect. All night we were lulled by the waves crashing on the rocks, it really is a wonderful sound. The hut was clean, spacious and had all the mod-cons one could need, even a few Nespresso pods! Definitely the place for a longer stay. Oh yes, while we stayed in the Makou hut some others were even closer to the beach.

We chose an apartment with a sea view. This resort also has camping pitches. The location is great. The apartment is excellent and very clean. Parking at the door, reception and reception are well organised. About 10 steps from the beach, beautiful views from the balcony, dolphins jumping past, we had a really wonderful few days. Right next to the resort there is a top restaurant (Enrico's) but that is a separate review

We spent 4 nights there and it was just beautiful. The view of the sea and the waves as well as the dolphins passing by every day! Saying goodbye was hard...nothing more needs to be said. We were even able to go for a swim in the sea thanks to the fine sandy beach right on the doorstep. Saying goodbye was hard...

Amazing accommodation right on the beach with restaurants walking distance away. The beach itself is wonderful. Take long walks to amazing viewing spots. It is clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly. We will go again.

My husband is not the easiest to please. But this is first prize for him. The best self-catering accommodation on our 5000km road trip. Keep it up ArchRock! Hope to see you again soon. Hopefully though (just a tip to the resort), your bedding will be updated by then. The pillows in our room need replacement.
