I would not recommend anybody staying at this place .very outdated, grubby rooms .it ready needs a good refurbished.

What a joke. Mr Payman shame on you
1, run down walls and flooring.
2, poor service
3, single beds push together sold as king size.
4, room security very bad
5, £50 security deposit for every room.
6, website pictures misleading
7, stains on walls
8, toilet moves
9, room book and another guess was given keys to the same room

Not great
Was expecting more for the money. Damaged heater. Accidentally pulled the bottom sheet when getting into bed to find stains ewwww.....
At 06:30 found out no hot water for shower..... Spoke to reception that evening ( very helpful) he gave me a key to the opposite room to use shower
Hanging plugs... Decor dated, parts of carpet threadbare.

Appalling
Absolutely appalling hotel. In need of urgent renovation as there were stains everywhere. Heating issues throughout the hotel, dirty, bathrooms without tiling, barely any water pressure so unable to shower. The HSE need to visit urgently and determine if this hotel is even safe.

Ok for the price
Did the job for one night . Decor is pretty awful grey black and sparkly! Spacious room would have been stunning over a hundred years ago not so glamorous now!

One night stay
No drinks in room? But 1/2 bottle of scotch found in room, left by cleaner. Renovation ongoing, no food or bar available. Security deposit required, no receipt given, refunded on departure. Reasonable budget accommodation but needs updating.

Snoke and ****
No reception, had to ring to get access code that didn't work. Loads waiting to check in. Heating way too high. Work up to the smell of cigarette smoke and **** all over the hotel

Shocking
So it was meant to be for husband-and-wife they gave us two single beds pushed together with two single duvets the room was all musty and stunk! the hot tap you run for 30 seconds and it burns you the heating you could not turn it off it was way too hot even with the window wide open all night long and you could hear people snoring through the walls and when people went to the toilet you could hear it needs a Major renovation and clean
