Kettering

I am currently staying in this wonderful hotel for at least 1 week and I can not fault anything especially the staff! After a recent traumatic ordeal I have been made to feel super safe and the staff members specifically INGA, Louise and Liam who have catered to my every need! They deserve a reward for tolerating me and their patience and service has been amazing. No judgement and given me this chance to rebuild my confidence and offer me a safe space where I feel safe. I refused housekeeping as I like to keep myself busy and when I changed my bed Inga kindly got me pillowcases. Louise is a darling too and arranged with market harborough premier inn to hold my stuff I left there in the store cupboard which is a relief given I left Hospital in Leicester to come straight to Kettering hotel before I could collect my belongings (couple of outfits etc) which is all I own at present due to circumstances beyond imagining

beautiful rooms and tidy. fresh crispy clean bedding. and welcoming staff. would definitely recommend this hotel and you always know what to expect from a premier inn. lots of parking space right next to the hotel. had a family room booked we all had a good time and a nice stay

At a glance I would like to say the hospitality of Kettering Premier Inn is outstanding. Hotel Manager Sarin and her team provided me excellent service. The room clean and good conditions. The room rent was also reasonable. Housekeeping team provided theit best services. I would suggest you for stay with Premier Inn Kettering hotel Thanks

I had an excellent stay at Premier Inn! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel's attention to cleanliness was noticeable, The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport links.Overall, I was really impressed and would highly recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay

Lovely bath good facilities and very comfy bed Stayed here on our way to Birmingham NEC really good location, the restaurant was next door, only slight criticism was that the tables could do with a better clean, but to be honest we only saw one lady working and she was doing an amazing job trying to keep things as clean as she could, maybe get more staff in the morning, but very friendly and would stay again.

Very poor quality. Dirty skiting boards. Cracked desk. In all Our room. needed a complete over haul and so did Premier Inn itself . Travelodge is so much cleaner and good food and breakfast. Tables in the bars were very sticky. Toilets were clean
