Travelodge Kettering Thrapston

Very pleasant stay

Old style rooms but actually I don’t mind them. The decor is still pleasant, the rooms are spacious and clean and the reception staff are friendly. Location is easy to access and quiet with fast food/restaurants next door

My recent stay at Thrapston Travelodge was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and nice and cool in the seasonal heat outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast box was impressive. I especially appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend Thrapston and will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Over night room booking at the last minute after checking websites of other offered rooms in the Thrapston area, The Travelodge is safe and secure and has plenty of safe parking, there’s also a Service area onsite, the staff are helpful either in person or by phone, the rooms are large, comfortable, clean, the building is tidy and well kept as any property should be, outside area is also well kept an tidy, I would have No Hesitation in booking Travelodge again and in advance, hoping all Travelodge’s are as good as Thrapston…

I paid for 2 rooms for 1 night as we were going to a family function. The whole place a strange odour, a mix of sweaty workman and stale air. The whole place needs a good refurb and a good clean. It definitely needs sound proofing as well as l thought the person in the room above was going to come through the ceiling and having their TV on didn’t help it was so noisy l had their worst nights sleep ever!

The best one can say is "it's clean". It really is as basic as it comes. The room was large but poorly designed with everything crammed at one end leaving a lot of unused space. And don't waste your money on the breakfast. The cardboard box it comes in (no, really!) is probably the most nutritious part of the meal.
