I come to Cape Fox several times a year. It really is a very special place, the views, eagles, people and restaurant. They provide shuttle service to just about everywhere in town and back when you call them. The people are extremely nice even though much of the time they are VERY busy. Like everywhere be patient, there just aren't enough people to do all the work. I will say my service has never been lacking, just relax enjoy the scenery and let it all happen. If you want to really experience Ketchikan get a view room and watch the world go by... (cruise ships too)

We hald a business training for three days at Cape Fox Lodge. The accommodations were excellent, staff attentive, and our stay was enjoyable.

What a lovely visit.
The views were amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was excellent.

Tv didn’t work. Libby fireplace didn’t work. Breakfast menu QR code did not work. Staff was terrific.

Cape Fox is a year round gem of an accommodation in Ketchikan Alaska. In making my way from the Cape Fox lobby to my guest room on the 3rd floor, I found myself thankful to Alaska’s people for such beautiful contributions in artwork. I also enjoyed the view!

It was clean, nice , comfortable, food in restaurants was good etc. It is a bit out of the way and up the hill which is great for the views (we didnt mind that at all), BUT the tram wasn't working when we were there, so we walked the stairs which unfortunately was lined with people smoking crack that we literally had to walk through breathing it in to get by, multiple times. The shower was always cold , have to leave it running for 10-15 minutes. They said you have to do that when it's cold , but it wasn't cold, at all. Little disappointing , but the staff was exceptional polite and shuttle driver (Ken) was awesome.
