Nice hotel but completely disorganized. Shuttle was the worst: drivers finish one request before picking up other guests. Blase attitudes. I suggest the management might try drug testing the staff. Not recommended other than the dining room. Great service there.

We stayed 2 nights, it was very nice. Near the airport, they will send shuttle for you once you have come over on the ferry. Public bus stops nearby and a supermarket 2 blocks away. Great restaurant off lobby, and staff friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and we enjoyed

In the room I was assigned, the door jiggled and there was a lot of noise and vibration, which become unbearable so I asked for another room. I was told that room was not usually booked due to the noise and vibration of the exhaust fan from the restaurant next door. I was sent to another room but the fan next door was very loud, another room's door was not working, so I finally received a room that was just right. However, the room's walls are paper thin so I could hear the persons next door and people outside laughing until 11 the last night.

Was a good stay, helpfull and friendly staff, comfortable room and good restaurant with very friendly and happy waitresses all around good place to stay in ketchikan.

Our room had a lot of space, a great bathroom area, and comfortable beds and sitting area. The hotel has a restaurant as well as a bar/dining area. The food was great and it was convenient for our late-night dinners.

Great stay for overnight between flights. Always stay here on my way through. From the Restaurant/Bar area to the AM breakfast at the diner....never disappointed. 5 Star for an Alaskan Hotel

Having two restaurants on site was very nice. The hotel gave us breakfast vouchers every morning, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed are a little on the firm side, but otherwise the room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
