Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir etwas früher zum Queck-in ankamen wurde nachgeschaut ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen konnten. Positiv, aber das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Bett eine Katastrophe 1,60 m breit wenn sich einer bewegte, bewegte sich der andere automatisch mit. Als Einzelzimmer nutzbar, aber sonst nicht. Nach meiner Beschwerde, welches ich erst nach der 2. Nacht tat bekamen wir ein anderes ordentliches Zimmer. Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch voll ok! Würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen bei einem Dresden-Aufenthalt.

Wir waren mit einer Grouppe hier. Das Hotel und das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jare gekommen. Die Teppiche im Zimmer abgenüzt. Das Eckzimmer ist ohne zusatz Heizung nicht bewohnbar. Das ganze im Rahmen des Preises. Aber alles Sauber und das möglichst rausgeholt. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Essen sehr gut und ausreichend. Auch für Vegetarier genügend Auswahl. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man dieses Hotel zum Teil so schlecht bewertet. Man kann in einem 3 Sternhotel keine Luxusvilla erwarten. Die Zimmer und Ablageflächen waren sehr großzügig, die Matratzen gut. Liegt zwar im Industriegebiet, aber für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung. Gerne immer wieder.

Aria condizionata assente, luci non funzionanti. Letti scomodi, servizio inesistente, personale pessimo! State alla larga da questo hotel. No air conditioning, lights not working. Uncomfortable beds, no service, bad staff! Stay away from it.
