第一，味道太大了，滿屋都是甲醛味，沒法住，我們全家就休息了兩小時開車走克。第二，連個正經酒店前台沒有，辦理入住還要去餐廳找人，餐廳做的飯也一般，服務吧就那樣吧。第三，蒙古包外觀還是蠻好看的，晴天的話拍照可以，非必要不要住這裏，房間很小，廁所更小，衞生環境一言難盡。千萬不要因為某團去過就去，真的很差。

提前預訂的房間，價格比較實惠，工作人員熱情耐心，停車方便， 這次入住非常好，環境比想象好很多，我們去的時候房間很充足，前台還給我免費升級了房間，真是不錯很大，還很乾凈，客房服務也很周到，位置挺好找的，老遠就能看到牌子，距離公主湖很近，天氣好，晚上正好拍了星空，太美了。

老闆娘的服務特別好，很周到，很有耐心，我出來玩很注重服務。房間還不錯，設施好用，地理位置也很好找，很遠處就看到牌子了。騎馬也很方便在邊上的草坪就騎馬了，對了前台小姑娘還幫我們買了馬術表演的票，演出非常精彩，很愉快的一次住宿體驗！

對比了幾家，這個度假村性價比高，房間很不錯，挺新的，設施也很齊全，不但乾淨，而且服務態度超級好，房間給升級了，交通便利，停車方便，很滿意的一次入住！

衞生大面上挺好，結果睡覺的時候看到枕頭是別人用過的，而且還有很重的頭油味道，很噁心，床單有幾片黃色的印記，不想腦補是什麼……。另外大早上睡得迷迷糊糊，不知道哪個***使勁敲了兩次門，還有就是樓上隔5分鐘咚的砸一下，不知道幾個意思，是在趕客嗎？？服務態度給的是客房的男大叔，態度挺好，和我們説的很詳細哪裡怎麼去。差評給餐廳，不知道是老闆還是廚師，很**，我們一行四個人，三大一小，到了中午飯點，樓下説可以去餐廳單點，結果上二樓男人直接説不接待，人家一會還有20桌大席。我們在這住宿，吃飯不讓吃，看不上我們這種散客那以後就不要接了！
