Cleanliness is top notch. Service is top notch. Complete facilities. The only downside is the location. Jalan Merak Jingga is known for its **** parking attendants, and parking costs 15,000 Rupiah per person. Breakfast is excellent, and I really like the variety of menu items.

One of hundred gorgeus hotels in Medan! Bersih, ambiance nya mantap pol, sarapannya oke oke, harum, bersih. Pokoknya recommended! Mungkin minusnya kalo malam ada semacam club gitu di lantai paling atas dan suaranya terlalu gede untuk ke kamar kamar jadinya mungkin kalo orang yang payah tidur kalo ada gangguan suara, bisa jadi sedikit terganggu. But overall is great!
