Stayed here whilst on a golfing trip with afew friends on the last weekend in August. The host made us feel like we were an inconvenience to his Saturday evening. Down for breakfast the following morning & the staff were just so rigid & unfriendly! They’ve obviously had a long summer & need a break! We wont be returning here!

Deidre and her husband were wonderful hosts.. very clean and comfortable room. Linen and towels very high standard. Super breakfast. The house is decorated to a high standard and has a bright and cheerful breakfast and day room. It’s in a wonderful location within walking distance of town and on the Tidal Walking Loop.

1/5 We arrived and stayed the night, the next morning we had breakfast, the woman serving us asked for our room number I said the room number and that was that. As we were checking out they charged us an EXTRA €30 for breakfast, nothing was said to us about breakfast not being included in the price, not at the check in desk on the the first day and not even when we were sitting down. I am utterly disgusted with how this happened, if it had been said it wouldn’t have been a problem, this caused my pregnant fiancé who was with me a lot of distress with the manner it was dealt with. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

We had a great visit. We arrived early and exhausted due to our flight schedule and they were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The inn and our room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful comfortable room with all amenities. I went on a fishing trip and decided to stay here. I got loads of local information from John the owner. Ideally located across from the golf course and short walk to River and beach. Highly recommend and I will be back

We had the most amazing 2 night stay here. Such a peaceful, calm and relaxing location close to the town. Breakfast was perfect and had different options and kept us full for a long time! Our room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed with comfortable beds and a tv. We would definitely come back! Thanks for everything.

About 1 mile outside Ballybunion, there was a beautiful walk from the beach. It was lovely having morning coffee watching golfers tee off. Room, facilities and staff were fantastic. Breakfast was filling. Great BnB. I highly recommend and would stay there again

We found it to be very comfortable. The room had a sitting area where we just liked to relax. Deirdre and John were lovely hosts. Breakfast was awesome each day. And if you like to golf you're really going to love it. It's right across the street from Ballybunion Golf course.
