A visit to Ireland isn't complete without meeting an Irish Wolfhound. We were only passing through Dingle with a tour, however we knew that this establishment had a resident wolfhound named Seamus. We made our way over to the hotel and although we were not guests, we were welcomed by the owner and Seamus the gentle giant was brought out to meet us. The grounds and hotel were beautiful. Our daughter is just returning from Ireland and stayed at Milltown House. Dingle was her favourite stop as they toured Ireland. We've had wolfhounds for over 20 years and Seamus is a beautiful mascot of the breed 🐾💚🇮🇪🍀🐾

Staying here was the absolute highlight of my Ireland trip. Milltown house has the most friendly staff and the most handsome Irish Wolfhound resident, Seamus 🍀💙 The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and beautiful. I glued myself to Seamus for the short time I was there, he is so friendly and snuggly. 💙 The room was beautiful, very clean and had a wonderful old Ireland vibe.

We will agree with the other people who reviewed this establishment. Nice place. Plenty of free parking. Easy check in. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Good wifi although the network said the wifi was unsecure. Folks at the front area very friendly. Willing to help on anyway possible. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. You ordered off the menu. 4 or 5 selections. We would stay here again.

A gorgeous homely guest house with hotel facilities. Well appointed rooms with sea views. Quality bath rooms and nice features reflecting history of house. Nice bed for comfortable sleep followed by good breakfast with excellent coffee! Delighted to recommend. A shuttle to the town in the evening was a surprise and very welcome too. Carpets in corridors dated but every thing else great.

We were looking forward to our stay ... Arrived Monday evening where a function for a group was in process.. we selected the hotel as. It was out of town, appeared away from noise of the town… paying at the highest room rate of the season therefore had high expectations.. sadly the opposite. Our room was extremely noisy above the bar & restaurant and beside the guest function toilet .. We were told all bar and lounge areas unavailable to us due to the function & recommended restaurants in the town for dinner ... sadly all closed in town as a Monday evening... others booked out due to options limited We were not offered a room away from the noise .. which as there was a function below .. would have been appreciated The room was adequate but bed was extremely hard … luckily the noise stopped at 10 pm Woken at 7 am with music and smells from the below kitchen ... sadly over priced & disappointed

My Milltown House stay was a highlight of my trip to Ireland! The house is cozy, comfortable with great views and the staff attentive. The Irish stew was delicious and hanging out in the bar, enjoying a Dingle GNT, chatting with other visitors was great! If you’re lucky enough to stay- I hope you’ll experience the falconry which was such fun, and don’t forget to give Seamus a pat on the head!

The best place to stay in Dingle and the most comfortable beds in Ireland. Wonderful staff and great food. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are brand new. They have a falconry on site that you can opt in to see. Don't hesitate to book your stay !

This is a lovely hotel and staff. Homey. Tasty breakfast options each morning. Comfortable rooms with lovely water views. Well-appointed, updated bathrooms. Moderate walk to town, but flexible (free) van service when needed. Just the Irish charm we'd hoped for!
