Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel uns der unfreundliche Empfang auf. Während einer Woche Ende Februar/Anfang März trafen wir auf drei verschiedene Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption. Einer von ihnen war freundlich, während ein weiterer, der sich als Teilhaber des Hotels ausgab, uns gegenüber unhöflich auftrat. Diese Einschätzung wurde auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt, mit denen wir uns austauschten. Besonders negativ fiel jedoch eine Dame auf, die sich als Geschäftsführerin ausgab. Ihr Verhalten war nicht nur ausgesprochen unfreundlich, sondern auch unangemessen aggressiv. In der Hotellerie ist ein solcher Umgang mit Gästen nicht hinnehmbar. Aufgrund dieser durchweg negativen Erfahrungen können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

We hebben 1 avond daar gelogeerd. De bedden waren comfortabel, badkamer schoon, genoeg handdoeken, tapijten in goede staat, ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker.

God restaurant i nærheden, det er det
Hotellet ligger tæt på motorvejen når man er på vej hjemad. Gode spise muligheder, kan varmt anbefale Heny’s.
Det værste var sengene der var meget bløde, man ligger som en ‘banan’, kunne ikke åbne vinduer da meget udenom støj, parkering er på offentlig P plads ;(.

Our stay at Friends Hotel was very good! The room was roomy and very clean. Not much of a decor but cleanliness is important to me. The hotel is close to busy road so with the windows open it will be very noisy. I can see it being very hot in the summertime. Fortunately for us it was a 2 comfortable evenings.
Breakfast in my opinion was very good with plenty of options. They replenished often, breakfast room is not very big so it can get busy. Overall I liked our stay!

Meravigliosa sorpresa!! Meglio delle foto! ero scettica per il prezzo e le foto, ma essendo facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada ho scelto questo ottimo hotel! In realtà la stanza è molto accogliente e confortevole e l'ho trovata già riscaldata al mio arrivo.
Zona silenziosa, ampio parcheggio disponibile.
Ci tornerei di sicuro
Personale oltremodo gentile: ho chiesto se avevano un adattatore per il mio bollitore da viaggio e si sono fatti in 4, risolvendomi alla fine il problema.
Tutto pulito e ben funzionante (wifi, doccia, tv)
