We were recommended the apartments and wasn’t disappointed. Christos and his family are truly wonderful people, nothing is too much trouble. The apartment are rustic but meets all your needs. The beds are comfy, air con great and we had fabulous views of the bay. The pool area is great, plenty of sunbeds . Food is served and freshly prepared by his 79yr mum who looks fab for her age. The food is excellent and service is always with a smile. For those with walking difficulties the apartments might not be appropriate for you as there is quite a steep hill to climb but you do go home fitter . Kassiopi is a beautiful horseshoe bay with lovely bars and restaurants on the waterfront , the village itself is also lovely and would highly recommend

Top rated apartments. We recently stayed at Dimas for 10 nights. We had a fantastic stay. The apartments have a great view over the harbour. There is a steep hill to climb but it is well worth it. Being in an elevated position also meant that there was a gentle breeze around the pool area - especially in the afternoon. Talking to pool area the pool is very large. There are plenty of sun beds and never failed to get one whatever time of day. Christos goes out if his way to help his guests and nothing is too much trouble. He also makes a great cocktail. Lunch around the pool was great and lots of snacks to choose from. All in all a great holiday and we will be back.

Siamo stati negli appartamenti Balaris per 8 giorni ad Agosto 2024, gli appartamenti sono accettabili, ma all'arrivo non si è visto nessuno, reception sempre vuota e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa, il proprietario si è posto al telefono in modo arrogante, non rispondendo ad alcuna richiesta e comunque non si è fatto mai vedere. Stessa sorte è toccata ad altri nostri amici in appartamenti vicini al nostro. La pulizia degli appartamenti è stata pessima e superficiale, quando presente. Assolutamente sconsigliatissimo!!

Mama Nina's pizza's! Omg! Soooo big and absolutely delicious 😋..my friend and I shared..and added chips..delicious.. ordered half veggie and half special ( meat) recommend the rose wine too..add ice for extra refreshment..all served by the lovely friendly Loucinda ❤️

These apartments firstly are run and owned by Christos and his fantastic family. Christos is the best host ever. The location of the apartments are second to none overlooking Kassiopi harbour. The pool area is large and this is the first place I have ever been and never had to put a towel down for a sunbed, so relaxed and friendly atmosphere neatly all guests are returners and I can see why. The accommodation is comfortable and everything you can ask for, we had drinks and ate at the Dimas apartments, Christos cooks everything fresh and it’s amazing. Thankyou Christos to you and your family for making our stay special see you soon.

We have stayed many times in Kassiopi before, but never at the Dimas. Wish we had found this place sooner! We had the most amazing 2 weeks. The pool area and bar were amazing...the view from our room was unbelievable...and Christos and his family are the most amazing hosts. They are so friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. Most of the guests had been there before, and we certainly hope to return again soon. Even the hill hasn't put us off!

Another lovely stay in the Dimas, missed it so much so had to go back again ,Lovely apartments with lovely views .Pool area is wonderful Christos and all the family work so hard to make you feel so welcome. Already booking for next easter cant wait to go back. Travelled to many places but Dimas and Kassiopi is our favorite. Love it .No wonder people return year after year. Exceptional.

A week long stay at Dimas which we thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment was a little dated but it was clean, had comfy beds and the air conditioning worked a treat. The pool and bar areas are beautiful with amazing views over the harbour. Would definitely return.
