The service is very good especially mr Jomon who was always there to help .Every thing is comendable. The rooms are clean and tidy .Anything you need is provided for . We can see smiling faces every where which makes you feel welcome. As a guest I am fully satisfied that I chosen Hotel Ginger.

The staff is unprofessional.
The accessories in toilet are to be repaired. The furniture in lobby is also not suits with the star rating of the property.

Very good of hotel and all amenities, and very helpful staf. Very good food and very nice service. Actually 1 day missed my dinner, that dinner they will be manage wil another day. And i'm very happy with staf.

Recently we had booked 30 rooms for a 2 day corporate event and it was a fantastic experience. The accommodation was top-notch, offering both comfort and style with well-appointed rooms that exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding—each meal was a delightful experience with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. Most notably, the service was exemplary; the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met promptly and with a genuine smile. Mr.Manu who is in charge of food & beverages section needs special mention. I highly recommend Hotel Ginger, MG Road for anyone looking for a memorable stay with exceptional food, luxurious accommodations, and attentive service.

Hotel is having Good ambience. It is at s Prime Location. The food provided is tasty. Hotel staff are very attentive and courteous. Good for meetings and stay. Neat and clean. I recommend this hotel for corporate meetings as well as individual stay.
