As always my stay is always comfortable and nice in Novotel (Kochi). Staffs are very humble ,supportive and kind specially Ms Reena who is always very kind and offering good hospitality and service. Location is also very nice and rooms are very comfortable to stay.

Location and facilities are good. Food is average. Services are good. Front office is average, they are not guest friendly, especially during the checkout time it was a lady with a negative attitude. Amenities, when i opened the tap in the morning the water was not coming. When i asked for support, they sent a person and he was giving some lame excuses. It took another 15 minutes get the hot water. If the war is lost not because of the soldier, it is because of the general. Supervision need to be strengthened. Staff need to be trained for a client friendly approach.

It's really nice there with my family there. Kids enjoyed very much in pool session. Spa was excellent overall excellent service

Far from city centre. Though room and bathroom were clean, it smelled horribly musty. The staff were great, polite and friendly. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff ensured our requests were served well. Very pleased with restaurant staff.
