The conditions of the farmhouse are not very good. The place is quite remote. The boss is quite polite. But the house is too small and there is no drinking water inside. I left after one night. It is too far away and the transportation is not convenient. You should not stay here in the future.

J’ai rarement vu un personnel aussi gentil. Le propriétaire était bienveillant et à nos petits soins. En ce qui concerne la chambre, elle est très simple mais fonctionnelle, on n’a pas besoin de plus. On a mangé une fois dans le restaurant et c’était très bon. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un petit séjour sur Kep.

ビーチエリアからは歩くと30分弱かかる立地です。
宿で食事をとることもでしますが、外食しようと思うと、
トゥクトゥクか何か、必要です。
宿では、自転車は無料、バイクは有料で借りることが
できます。
オーナーさんは英語をよく話され、親切に対応して
くれます。

Staff were really helpful, above and beyond.
Motorcycle hire easy to arrange, great price.
Room very clean and tidy, well presented.
Mattress not too hard, pillows good.
Shower not next to toilet! Great pressure.
Free toiletries.
About 1.4 km from crab market, easy walk.
Great place to stay and would highly recommend Khmer House Guesthouse.

This Guesthouse has rooms that are completely renovated. Bathroom has really nice safe tile like river rock. Beautiful views of the national park and ocean from the restaurant on top floor.
