We stopped over for 1 night for visiting Mystras. The hotel seems more for company events than personal holidays.The room is very spacious. From Asian standard, it may need some upgrades for a 5 star..

Δεν είχε κλιματιστικό και ζεστο νερό. Δυστυχώς συνειδητοποίησαμε οτι το δωμάτιο δεν εχει air conditioner αφού κάναμε την κράτηση και δώσαμε ολα τα στοιχεία της κάρτας μας για πληρωμή. Παρόλα αυτά πήραμε τηλέφωνο την προηγούμενη της άφιξης μας και εκφρασαμε τους ενδοιασμούς μας λογο υψηλών θερμοκρασιών και μας διαβεβαιώσαν τόσο τηλεφωνικά όσο και κατά την άφιξη μας οτι παρ όλη τη ζέστη το δωμάτιο ειναι δροσερό και δεν θα εχουμε κανένα θέμα. Κάτι το οποίο φυσικά δεν ισχύε. Το δωμάτιο οπως φαίνεται και στη φωτογραφία εβραζε και η λύση τους ηταν να μας δώσουν δεύτερο ανεμιστήρα σαν να είμαστε στο 1980. Όταν κάνουμε κράτηση σε ένα 5στερο ξενοδοχείο και πληρώνουμε 210ευρω τη βραδιά πρέπει να εχει σωστή θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο τοσο το χειμώνα όσο και το καλοκαίρι. Επίσης το νερό στη μπανιέρα δεν ήταν καν ζεστό. Οριακά χλιαρό.

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker, de service was snel en vriendelijk. De bedden waren uitstekend, je viel er direct in slaap. Het is een top locatie met een prachtig zicht, een prachtig hotel.

The worst experience in this so called 5 star boutique hotel! The staff was incompetent, rude and not helpful. The owner was worst, add also arrogant! I have been in maybe 20 different hotels in Greece, all great actually. This one, incompetent, not worth the money absolutely, sraff terrible because of the owner, arrogant. Never more there, and I wish no one else will face such terrible experience especially with family!

Unfriendly not welcoming service. Unprofessional stuff in key positions. Poor quality of maintenance. Breakfast very basic with no local flavors. zero experience at the SPA massage! Small rooms in two floors with no toilet on top floor.

Despite the fact that this hotel is very beautiful, it does not correspond at all to the services of a 5 star, we chose this hotel because it had a SPA, and we spent 3 nights there. The first night there were a few people and everything was perfect SPA and breakfast. The following days with few customers: - SPA closed under different pretexts: employee on leave public holiday etc ... - Cold breakfast only without possibility of choice We expressed our dissatisfaction, but it did not seem to disturb them. It seems important to me to specify to your customers that in case of low attendance they will not have all the services, the price on the other hand remains the same, reduced services or not.
