Unfriendly not welcoming service. Unprofessional stuff in key positions. Poor quality of maintenance. Breakfast very basic with no local flavors. zero experience at the SPA massage! Small rooms in two floors with no toilet on top floor.

Malgré le fait que cet hôtel soit très beau, il ne correspond pas du tout aux services d'un 5 étoiles, nous avons choisit cet hôtel car il y avait un SPA, et nous y avons passé 3 nuits. La première nuit il y avait un peu de monde et tout était parfait SPA et petit déjeuner. Les jours suivants avec peu de client : - SPA fermé sous différents prétextes : employée en conges jour férié etc... - Petit déjeuner froid uniquement sans possibilité de choix Nous avons fait part de notre insatisfaction, mais cela n'a pas semblé les perturber. Il me semble important de préciser a vos clients qu'en cas de basse fréquentation ils n'auront pas tous les services, le prix par contre reste le même, services réduits ou pas.

The property is beautiful, the views amazing. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Stayed in the family suite, which everyone thought was well designed with 2 twins in loft, and a third twin behind a half wall separating it from the King. It was quite hot when we were there and unfortunately the rolling AC wasn’t quite enough to make the room comfortable during the day, but with windows open at night it cooled down somewhat.

One of the best suggestions for a 3-5 day getaway trip . The rooms were exceptional, clean and comfy equipped with all the necessary amenities . Staff was more than friendly and well trained .Breakfast was superb, ask for custom made omelet. I will Definately go back.

Ήρθαμε για τριήμερο στη περιοχή και θέλαμε να δοκιμάσουμε κάτι άλλο από την προηγούμενη φορά. Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό το ξέρουμε ήδη χρόνια αν και δεν έτυχε να το επισκεφθούμε ποτέ. Η κράτηση έγινε από την σελίδα του ξενοδοχείου μιας και ήταν η πιο οικονομική επιλογή σε σχέση με άλλες σελίδες αλλά και τηλεφωνικά. Κλείσαμε μια Junior σουίτα, ένα πολύ ευρύχωρο και όμορφο δωμάτιο για 2 άτομα. Τα ξύλα για το τζάκι είναι δωρεάν τη πρώτη φορά και αν χρειαστείς δεύτερη χρεώνονται. Δε χρειάστηκε δεύτερη μιας και πέσαμε σε ζεστές μέρες οπότε δε ξέρω το κόστος. Παρόλα αυτά είχα ενημερωθεί απτή αρχή ότι η δεύτερη φορά είναι έξτρα μιας και έχει γίνει μόδα στους χειμερινούς προορισμούς να τα χρεώνουν. Η ποιότητα του ξενοδοχείου μου φάνηκε εξαιρετική, και σαν υλικά κατασκευής αλλά και το προσωπικό. Πάντα με καλή διάθεση να βοηθήσουν. Το room service έχει καλές τιμές για το επίπεδο του ξενοδοχείου αν και μας χρεωσαν 3 ευρώ παραπανω στη πρώτη μας παραγγελία(πέραν του κόστους του room service), κάτι ανεξήγητο που με ενόχλησε λίγο. Πάντως έχει χρέωση 3 ευρώ για να στα φέρουν, κάτι που μας το είπαν απ'την αρχή. Ότι φάγαμε και ήπιαμε ήταν καλό πάντως. Μεγάλο συν το late check out που μας επέτρεψαν χωρίς χρέωση. Γενικά μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.
