We book a Superior room and got a dark closet on the ground floor with no view except on some technical equipment right in front of the window. It was much smaller than expected, dark and not well lighted. We were very much disappointed and asked for a room change at least for our second night, but that was not made possible. This is not worth the 4stars, they try to show.

A very handy place to stay, close to the city, short walk through a park to Rundle street. Nice rooms, comfy bed. Restaurant on site. Friendly staff. Ive stayed here many times.

The rooms are spacious and I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice seating area and a desk/mini bar area. Everything was spotless and easy parking and friendly reception staff made my overnight a great experience. Recommended

Horrible staff. My sister requested a cott for her baby they ignored her request. Leaving her 9m old baby to sleep in a bed…. When I came to the front desk to ask a simple question the older looking lady gave me a horrible look and looked like she didn’t want to be at work… Will never be returning and will be alerting everyone I know how horrible your staff are. Sucks because I would’ve loved to stay here when I visit Adelaide again. Everything else is perfect. You just need the staff to match your lovely hotel

This hotel is in a quiet part of Adelaid. It was unexpected charming with warm and helpful staff. I was upgraded to the third flood as I am a woman travelling alone. I cannot recommend Adelaide Royal Coach enough. C Carraro
